What We Do

Sonoma County Community Housing Connector is a collaborative effort among local community organizations aimed at supporting our most vulnerable community members in finding homes through rental subsidies. Our success in ending homelessness depends on strong partnerships with property owners.

We offer the following services to the public:

  • Connecting at-risk residents with necessary rental assistance.
  • Partnering with property owners to subsidize rent payments.
  • Assisting prospective tenants with their security deposits.
 

Homelessness is an economic issue that affects all sections of our community. Let’s work together to provide the unhoused with the security of a place to live while offering property owners incentives that can make a significant difference!

I'm a property owner. How do I get involved?

Property Owners/Managers are welcome to list their vacant units on our site which is viewable to only rental assistance recipients or post their vacancies on any platform of their choosing.
